Web Development
Designed and developed a functional website that allows customers to place online orders for a food stall.
Problem
Many small food stalls lack a simple online presence for taking orders. This project aimed to simulate a real-world scenario where a basic website could improve accessibility and ordering convenience.
Goal
The goal was to build a working web prototype that demonstrates core front-end development skills, including layout design, navigation, and form handling.
Solution
I created a multi-page website with a clear user interface, structured navigation, and an order form for customers. The site focuses on usability and responsiveness while ensuring that user inputs are handled correctly using JavaScript.
Tech Stack
Languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Type: Front-end web application
My Role
I was responsible for designing the website layout, implementing the front-end interface, and adding interactive functionality using JavaScript.
Challenges
One challenge was ensuring that the order form functioned correctly while maintaining a clean and intuitive layout. This was addressed by structuring the HTML properly and validating user inputs with JavaScript.
Outcome
The final result is a fully functional website prototype that successfully demonstrates fundamental web development concepts and front-end implementation skills.
What I Learned
This project improved my understanding of responsive layout design, front-end logic, and building user-focused web interfaces.
